1. Survey
we are team a+ and we conducted a survey on pets.

The gender of the survey was 67%for women and 33% for men
There is the highest number of respondents aged 18 to 21, 22 to 25. And there is the lowest number of respondents aged 29 to 35, 36 to 42.
Singapore, china and japan were followed by many people

1) Have you ever had a pet? Is it past or present ?

 24 people answered yes, 6 people answered no. we asked the people who answered yes. (Whether you raised it in the past or in the present) 6 people answered past, 18 people answered present.

2) What’s your pet’s types?

11 people answered dog, 9 people answered cat, 2 people answered rabbit, 2 people answered fish.

3) How long have you had your pet?

we asked How long have you had your pet?
The most people answered 13 to 36 months , it is 35 percent.

4) What is the gender of pet?

72percent of the people said they had males and 28percent said they had females.

5) How many do you have?

We asked how many pets?
Fifteen people said they were raising one. Two people said they were raising two. Five people said they were raising three. Two people said they were raising 4 and over.

6) How much time do you spend together with in a day?

Four people said it was less than an hour. Nine people answered 2 to 3 hours. Three people answered four to six hours. Seven people answered more than six hours.

7) Where is a place of sale?

 We asked where is a place of sale. People answered 'petshop' the most. The dog shelter, aquerium shop and breeder came out the least.

8) How much do you spend a month on the pet?

 We asked how much do they spend a month on the pet. 51 to 70 dollar came out the most. And 31 to 50 dollar came out the least.

9) How many times a year does your pet go to the hospital?

 Twelve of people answered that their pet goes to the hospital one to three times a year and the least number of people answered that their pet goes to the hospital four to six times a year.

10) How satisfied are you with the pet? Rate from a scale of 0 to 10?

 Half of people satisfied with their pets by 10 points. And one person was satisfied with six points. Four people satisfied with their pets by 7 points. Five people satisfied with their pets by 8 points. Lastly, two people were satisfied with 9 points.

2. Conclusion

 According to the survey, 24 out of 30 people said they have pets. 18 people who have pets said they are currently raisi9ng them. The kind of pet that they have the most is a dog. They usually grow 13 to 36 months. The gender of pets has 72 percent of the male population and more than one female population. The most people were raising only one. That's more than half the total. Many people spent more than six hours together, except for people who did not keep pets. Most people bring their pets from pet shops and answered that they spend 51 to 70 dollars a month with their pets. Half of pet goes to the hospital 1 to 3. Lastly, half of people have 10 points of satisfaction with their pets. And everyone has more than 6 points of satisfaction with their pets.

3. Opinion

It was good to hear many people’s opinions during the survey. And if someone asked me to do the survey, I thought I would not refuse.

I learned a lot from foreigners through surveys.

Of course it was difficult at first. But through the survey, I learned that I can speak English, too. I was surprised that people answered the survey better than I thought. It is very simple but very beneficial for students. 

When I first spoke to foreigners for the survey, I felt nervous and awkward. Because I was not good at English and everyone looked busy. I was also embarrassed when I was turned down from the survey. But now I think it was a very good chance to talk to foreigners.  

It was little hard to do the survey because I was very shy. but people who i met in singapore were kind enough to do the survey. so I was able to do the survey easier than I expected and had fun.  

I was nervous at first, but I felt confident and interesting as I continued to ask questions. It was good to talk with people of various nationalities in English. And I think I can ask more than 5 people next time. 

It was little difficult. Because there were many people who did not have pets. But most people responded that they would answer. So i thanked them.
