I did not do well on the TOEIC test in advance, so I did not think I could take this language course. Fortunately, the result showed that I was included in the language training personnel and I was more excited and expected to do it as soon as I finished and finished my final exams. On the other hand, I was more afraid to start my language training on January 8th. However, because of the students who arrived at the airport and were close to each other while riding an airplane and going to MDIS, I thought that I could get along well for two weeks.

Among language study groups, the first group was group 1, divided into A and B. Actually since I am B and my friend is A, I was nervous that I could get to know her because I had never really seen her students. But after 2 weeks of language training, I could get to know not only nurse but also other students from various department, and I could get to know them a lot by traveling together after class.

The first day, we arrived at Changi Airport in Singapore and headed for MDIS University. Singapore, which I heard only by word, was less hot than I thought, but the humidity was great. As soon as I left the airport, wow, it was really hot and humid, ' was the sound naturally. When I arrived at MDIS by bus for 40 minutes, I felt as if I had really come to a university in a country like America. We came to study English, but I think we saw a lot of foreigners during 2 weeks because students from various nationalities, races, and various subjects were studying and there were dormitories. Meanwhile, Bangbaejeong was fortunate to sit together on a plane and become a roomie with his older sister who became close friends. I'm telling you now, without a sister Rumme for two weeks, it would have been difficult for many students to get around. After class, my sister led all my friends to a famous tourist or restaurant and guided them not to get lost. I would like to say I was really grateful to my sister for that.

Anyway, I unpacked my bags and asked to go to bed early the first day to relieve my fatigue. In fact, the two depressions used refrigerators, restrooms and showers were also quite uncomfortable because they were common. But I think it was a good thing that it became natural to use for two weeks.

I went to class right after the second day. Classes that start at 9 a.m. are to end at 4 p.m. and last from Monday to Friday. The most difficult thing was the schedule of this class. Of course, studying was fun and interesting, but I was stressed out because I had to go on a trip to travel to other countries with such a long lesson, assignment, and after class. It seems that not only I but almost all students had a hard time during the two weeks.

Meanwhile, our B group professor was Professor Evelin, but he seemed very diligent. When I heard later, he said that he also likes sports or outdoor activities. So he recommended many outdoor activities for his students, or he carefully informed us of famous restaurants and tourist attractions in Singapore. And Professor Evelin especially liked the presentation class, so Group B did not discuss a certain topic, make a mind map or introduce a boring class every day. However, it was awkward and annoying to announce it as it was very different from what we thought we were doing during the cram session. However, I spent training really wisely after 2 weeks. La La Land, our group, had a variety of subjects in common, but had the same common : it was easier to get opinions into a class, set a time when discussing them, and decide on the subject of a future survey. And in fact, I usually encounter hard theory rather than talking in English, so I had lots of conversation with various subject matter that is interesting and comprehensive during the training. And I could feel the satisfaction of studying English by seeing the professor explain in detail what was grammatically wrong by the side, not just spouting the conversation.

Next, it is about the city tours of the second day. I finished my first class with Professor Evelin on Tuesday, the 9th and I will go on a city tour with Korean guides from 4:00 p.m. As it is still the second day of my trip, I did not know well what kind of culture or major tourist destination Singapore is, and I did not know about famous and delicious food. So I was really looking forward to this city tour.

The first places were Singapore City Gallery and China Town. First, the City Gallery had a three-dimensional map of Singapore, and the most impressive thing was the empty terrain. The area is near Malaysia, but Hindus say bodies are buried there for the first time because cremation is prohibited. Because people and cars are so useless, I would have been shocked to explain to you that they are so useless, and I would have to ask you about that. After listening to the explanation from City Gallery, we headed to China Town. Surprisingly, however, it rained so much that it was almost like taking a shower. Originally, I expected Chinatown to have a lot to eat and see, but I felt really sorry because I ended up buying Singtel and transportation cards at the 7-Eleven without seeing anything.

Leaving the regrets behind, the last places I visited were statue of Merlion, Marina Bay and Gardens Bay.

I was really big to see the statue of Merlion that I only listened to, and I took a really exciting picture with my sister Rumme, who was with me, so I took an interesting picture of an illusion that was really receiving water. I also ate Kaya Toast on my food court, but I was disappointed because it looked like a plain toast, despite my expectations. But the night views of Marina Bay and Gardens Bay were fantastic, especially the three-dimensional shows of Marina Bay made me realize that I had really come to Singapore. As such, we went around famous tourist spots every day at the end of class, and ate famous local foods such as mourboard, kava toast, shrimp noodle, and crab all in two. It would have been hard to do it all in a few days, but I think it was possible because I had two long weeks to do it.

Finally, it is about the survey, and what our group did in class was how well the people in Singapore knew and carried out first aid for emergencies.

We created a questionnaire with 10 questions and asked for an English questionnaire at a famous tourist site in Singapore. At first, the process was shaking and scary, but the conversation was natural enough to explain how much we were afraid of

When I finished all these surveys and deduced the results, I honestly thought that the people of Singapore would have handled the emergency better and learned first aid from the education, but I was very confused by the results of the reality. Members of the group seemed more interested to talk about it and to have more fun preparing for the party and the presentation.

As a result, through surveys we have come to realize that first aid to emergencies is required to be thoroughly taught not only in the people of Singapore, but also in the Republic of Korea, and in every country.

I could also study English during the two weeks of language study, meeting with people from various countries, exchange with students from various subjects, and take a closer look at the countries I never knew about.
